RECENT NEWS I am grateful to the Woodlawn Community Service Corporation of Chicago for inviting me
to give a lecture on constitutional rights at the organization's Annual Law Day at Chicago's Third District
Police Headquarters on May 1, 2010. During the month of April 2010 I had the opportunity to serve as a moot court judge
in connection with a moot court competition at Northwestern University Law School. I was impressed with
the first year law students. My grandfather, Zedrick Braden, Sr., graduated from Northwestern Law School in 1925 and
I have great respect for the school. I am presently involved in litigation
before the Chancery Court at the Daley Center. I represent citizens of a Chicago suburb who charge that
a politician there is improperly holding two elected offices which are incompatible. Fox News Chicago Reporter, Darlene
Hill, interviewed me on April 21, 2009 for the 9 p.m. news concerning this matter. I was also interviewed by reporters
from WGN Chicago and the Chicago Sun Times at the Daley Center Courthouse. I
am attempting to settle a case for a client who claims that he was a victim of negligent emotional distress. We
are confident that the outcome of this case will assist others who have suffered as a result of negligent emotional
distress. It has come to my attention that video taping of police traffic stops
is a requirement in some Chicago suburbs. This protects the citizen as well as the police officer.

Contracts, Criminal Defense, Divorce, Real Estate The categories of cases listed above have one very important thing in common. A person's rights are involved,
and since 1925 my family has been in the business of protecting the rights of others. It is a mission that
we must continue to pursue. Rights worth having are rights worth protecting.
